为加强城市规划管理,保证城市规划实施,南昌市日前制定了《南昌市城市规划管理技术规定》,该规定已经获批,将于11月1日起施行。对于建设用地,该规定有了硬性规定,如建设用地规模在旧城区未达到5000平方米、在新城区未达到10000平方米的,一般不得进行房地产开发。居住建筑应当综合考虑用地条件、群体组合和空间环境等因素,宜采用南偏东15度至南偏西15度朝向布置,临湖、临江等有景观要求的地段除外。
