一九八四年十一月二十二日,全国著名经济学家于光远在我省作关于学习十二届三中全会文件体会的报告时,谈到了教育改革的问题。他说,国家要建设,要人去建设。到二十一世纪初,我们这些老同志建设不了了。现在的中年人,到那时也是老同志了。这个时期起关键作用的,是现在的小学生、中学生。要想一想,二十一世纪初这些学生将成为什么样的人呢?教育工作者要考虑这个问题。光阴似箭,日月如梭,现在不抓紧就来不及了。
