幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染是全球性分布,多数地区感染达50%,细胞空泡毒素(VacA)及细胞毒相关蛋白(CagA)在Hp致病过程中起重要作用。不同Hp菌株的VacA和CagA存在基因型和表型的差异。研究Hp的vacA和cagA基因及其产物对于进一步阐明与临床的关系、Hp感染疾病的防治都有十分重要的意义。
Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection is a global distribution, with up to 50% infection in most areas. VacA and CagA play an important role in Hp pathogenesis. There are differences in genotype and phenotype between VacA and CagA in different Hp strains. The study of Hp vacA and cagA genes and their products for further clarify the relationship with the clinical prevention and treatment of Hp infection have a very important significance.
