俄罗斯于1995年5月29日～6月6日在平扎市富有成效地召开了一次名为“评价和提高仪器、设备和系统可靠性的方法和手段”的国际性学术会议.会议由俄罗斯联邦工程科学院通讯院士、工学博士、教授A·M·塔尔科夫斯基担任主席.出席会议有130多位学者、科学家和生产部门的专家,大会收到170多篇论文报告,其中168篇已刊登在由A·M·塔尔科夫斯基教授主编的会议论文集里(由平扎国家技术大学出版社出版).经过研究,有38篇论文将分别推荐在高等学校际的科学论文集”无线电电子系统的设计和生产方面的数字模型”和“测量技术”、“可靠性与质量控制”杂志上发表。
Russia successfully convened an international academic conference titled “Methods and Means to Appraise and Enhance the Reliability of Instruments, Equipment and Systems” in Pingza City from May 29 to June 6, 1995. The meeting was convened by Russia Federal Academy of Engineering Academy of Communications, Ph.D., Professor A.M. Tarkovsky served as chairman of the meeting attended by more than 130 scholars, scientists and production sector experts, the General Assembly received more than 170 papers reported, of which 168 Has been published in a conference proceedings edited by Professor A. Tarkovski (published by Pintaz National Technical University Press.) After research, 38 papers will be recommended in the inter-university scientific papers A collection of “Digital Models for the Design and Production of Radio and Electronic Systems” and “Measurement Techniques”, “Reliability and Quality Control”.
