“十二五”期间,我国制定了一系列区域发展规划政策,同时规划了国家绿色建筑先行地区,继我国陆续出台建筑节能与绿色建筑相关规划之后,201 3年1月1日,国务院办公厅转发国家发展改革委、住房城乡建设部制订的《绿色建筑行动方案》。这标志着绿色建筑作为战略性新兴产业,现已上升为国家战略,并走向了实际操作层面。卫生间属于住宅部品中的一部分,对于在现阶卫生间设施生产企业如何适应发展的需要,结合建设部科研课题《中小套型(保障性)住宅厨卫标准化体系》的研究内容,作为课题的承担单位中国建筑标准设计研究院和中国房地产研究会住宅设施委员会,联合《中国住宅设施》杂志和鉴材31 5网站等媒体,9月25日共同举办“201 3·绿色建筑精英‘住宅卫生间沙龙’”的活动。邀请房地产开发企业、设计单位、相关行业协会、行业专家以及卫生间设备生产企业共聚一堂。参会代表踊跃发言,就现阶段房地产开发企业对卫生间的设计理念、设备的要求,从卫生间的排水方式、节水、通风排气等方面提出自己的看法及建议,明确我国住宅卫生间的下一步技术研究方向。
