本文对31例正常人及66例糖尿病患者作胰岛素释放试验。结果正常人与Ⅱ型糖尿病释放曲线明显不同(P<0.01),正常人峰值多在30分钟出现,180分钟恢复正常,而Ⅱ型糖尿病释放延迟,峰值高低不同,180分钟未能恢复空腹水平。Ⅰ型糖尿病与Ⅱ型相比,释放曲线差异更明显(P<0.001),Ⅰ型糖尿病曲线低平,无高峰。因此胰岛素释放试验对糖尿病分型有重要意义与价值。
In this paper, 31 cases of normal and 66 cases of diabetic patients for insulin release test. Results The release curve of type Ⅱ diabetes was significantly different between normal subjects and normal subjects (P <0.01). The normal subjects peaked at 30 minutes and returned to normal at 180 minutes. However, the release of type 2 diabetes was delayed and peaked at 180 min. Compared with type Ⅱ, the release curve of type Ⅰ diabetes showed more obvious difference (P <0.001), and the curve of type Ⅰ diabetes showed low level and no peak. Therefore, insulin release test for the classification of diabetes has important significance and value.
