2002年9月12日下午,目前世界商学院排名第一的美国沃顿商学院的15位 EMBA 学员来到中欧国际工商学院,和中欧的 EMBA17名学员进行了一场全真的“演习”——就一项技术的转让进行国际商务谈判。谈判分成三个小组,以对抗赛的形式进行。然后,由中欧、沃顿的教授和上海市仲裁委员会的专家点评。《经理人》记者有幸被邀请观摩这场对抗赛。以下的文字,力求达到两个目的:第一,尽可能客观地描述这场对抗赛的过程;第二,提供各种声音。主要是对抗赛的组织者、参与者以及旁观者的感受和看法。与其代读者作出判断,还不如把第一手的资料提供给他们,让他们自己得出结论。
On the afternoon of September 12, 2002, 15 EMBA students from the Wharton School ranked No. 1 at the World Business School came to China Europe International Business School and conducted an all-encompassing “exercise” with 17 Central European EMBA students - - International business negotiations on a technology transfer. Negotiations are divided into three groups, conducted in the form of a match.
