目的了解唇腭裂患儿父母的心理健康状况,为对其进行心理支持和治疗提供依据。方法唇腭裂儿童家长155例,采用SCL-90症状自评量表进行测评,按照随机分组的原则分为:心理干预组79例,对照组76例。在患儿住院治疗前、治疗3个月后测评。结果唇腭裂儿童家长入院前SCL-90症状自评量表因子分与常模相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),心理干预组住院前与3个月后比较SCL-90量表因子分躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子分均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论唇腭裂患儿的父母心理健康状况较差,采用沙盘游戏治疗,可促进患儿家长身心全面康复,提高其家庭的生活质量。
Objective To understand the mental health status of parents of children with cleft lip and palate in order to provide evidence for their psychological support and treatment. Methods 155 pediatric patients with cleft lip and palate children were evaluated by SCL-90 Symptom Checklist 90, divided into psychological intervention group (79 cases) and control group (76 cases) according to the principle of randomization. In hospitalized children before treatment, evaluation after 3 months. Results The score of SCL-90 Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) in children with cleft lip and palate before admission was significantly lower than that of the norm (P <0.01). The score of SCL-90 before and 3 months after psychiatric intervention Sub-somatic, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, horror and other factors were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The mental health status of children with cleft lip and palate is poor. Treatment with sand table games can promote full physical and mental rehabilitation of parents and improve the quality of life of their families.
