目的:研究复方牛黄注射液及其拆方的解热、抗炎、抗过敏药理作用。方法:采用注射酵母菌使大鼠产生和释放内热源引起体温升高、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、卵蛋白致敏豚鼠离体回肠肌过敏性收缩的实验方法,探讨复方牛黄注射液的解热、抗炎、抗过敏药理作用。结果:复方牛黄注射液各剂量均能一定程度上抑制酵母菌所致的大鼠体温升高,并能显著减轻二甲苯致炎小鼠的耳肿胀程度,其中复方牛黄注射液中、高剂量均有极显著抑制豚鼠肠段收缩的作用,低剂量组有显著抑制豚鼠肠段收缩的作用。结论:复方牛黄注射液具有解热、抗炎、抗过敏的药理作用。
Objective: To study the antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic pharmacological effects of compound bezoar injection and its disassembled prescriptions. Methods: The experimental method of injecting yeast to make and release internal heat source in rats caused by body temperature, xylene-induced auricle swelling in mice and allergic contraction of ileum in guinea pigs sensitized by ovalbumin were explored. The effects of compound benghuang injection Antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic pharmacological effects. Results: The compound Niuhuang injection could inhibit the temperature increase of yeast caused by yeast in a certain extent and reduce the degree of ear swelling in xylene-induced mice. There is a very significant inhibition of guinea pig intestine contraction role, low-dose group significantly inhibited contraction of guinea pig intestine. Conclusion: Compound Niuhuang injection has antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic pharmacological effects.
