在豆科植物及蔬菜种子外涂敷粘合剂,促进其生长,已取得成功,但有关草坪草种子外涂被粘合剂的研究,至今廖廖无几,以前,大多数研究仅局限于粘合剂对豆科植物根瘤存活的影响,极少数涉及到对幼苗生长的影响,大多数粘合剂的配方和种子外的涂敷工艺等有价值的资料,在商业性种子涂敷公司是保密的。一种粘合剂应具有以下特性:易于制取,使用方便、有效期长、不影响种子萌发。本研究的目的在于,确定一些粘合剂对草地早熟禾与苇状羊茅种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,以及将石灰粉粘敷在种子外的能力。
