《共产党员》是广大基层党员喜欢的刊物,因此我们每年都把党刊的征订工作当做一件大事来抓。在抓好征订的同时,我们也深入开展了学刊用刊活动,使《共产党员》在农村两个文明建设中发挥了重要作用。虽然学刊用刊工作有很大成绩,但一些农村党支部学刊用刊存在的问题,也影响了党刊作用的发挥。主要表现在认识不到位,发行不到位,以及学习效果不理想等方面。针对这些问题,我们在大量调查研究的基础上,根据一些学用刊比较好的农村党支部的做法,提出 “Communists” are the favorite publications of the grass-roots party members.
