随着现代市场竞争的不断加剧,越来越多的企业开始强化营销管理工作。中小微企业在近年来取得了较大的发展成就,但是由于多方面原因,其在营销管理方面还存在较大的问题。本文主要对当前中小微企业营销管理存在的主要问题进行分析的基础上,提出相应的对策建议,以进一步强化其营销管理工作,促进中小微企业的健康长期发展。
With the continuous intensification of competition in the modern market, more and more enterprises began to strengthen marketing management. In recent years, small and medium-sized micro-enterprises have made great achievements, but due to many reasons, there are still some big problems in marketing management. Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the marketing management of small and medium-sized micro-enterprises, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to further strengthen its marketing management and promote the long-term healthy development of small, medium and micro-sized enterprises.
