与其他普通院校相比,民族院校学生个性心理特点和文化基础与汉族学生差异较大,其特殊性决定了教育工作的针对性。为加强实践教学环节认识,深化实践教学改革,探索适合民族生源特点的教育模式。本文提出了“倒置式”课外专业教育,从哲学、多元智能、通识教育和专业教育相结合三个方面探讨了该模式的理论基础,并通过实践成果表明该模式的合理性和有效性。
Compared with other colleges and universities, the personality characteristics and cultural basis of students in ethnic minority colleges are quite different from those of Han students, and their particularities determine the pertinence of education.
