This article presents a new plotter as a hard copy color display for digital computers. This plotter uses a red, yellow, and blue ink jet with modulated intensities to draw graphics on a standard paper attached to a rotating drum. Ink jetting is controlled by a computer pre-machined tape unit. The total message capacity drawn in an 85 second duty cycle is 3.7 × 10 ~ 6 bits.
