我厂制氧站有三台2-1.67/150型氧气压缩机,其曲轴原来是靠自身在运转过程中,周期性地搅动油池中的油而达到润滑目的。但是气缸中的润滑水,往往由于密封不严而经常顺连杆流入油池中,这种含有大量水的润滑油给曲轴的润滑造成了极大的障碍。我们发现曲轴被严重锈蚀,轴瓦在短期内就被研坏了,这种锈蚀随着轴瓦间隙的增加而加剧,最后轴上出现许多麻斑深坑,瓦也研坏,不得不停车磨轴换瓦。制氧站的工人发挥了敢想、敢干、敢革命的精神,对润滑系统作了全面改革。
I plant oxygen station has three 2-1.67 / 150 oxygen compressor, the crankshaft was originally on its own operation in the process of periodically stirring the oil in the oil pool to achieve the purpose of lubrication. However, the lubricating water in the cylinder often flows into the sump along the connecting rod due to the tightness of the seal. Such lubricating oil containing large amount of water causes great obstacles to the lubrication of the crankshaft. We found that the crankshaft was severely corroded and the bearing pad was damaged in a short period of time. This corrosion was exacerbated with the increase of the bearing pad gap. Finally, many plaques appeared on the shaft, watt. Oxygen station workers played dare to think, dare to do, dare to revolutionize the spirit of the lubrication system made a comprehensive reform.
