目的:对胸外科监护患者家属需求情况进行调查,为提高护理质量提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计的需求调查表对温州医科大学附属第二医院2014年2月~2015年2月期间收治的190例患者的家属进行调查,了解患者家属的需求及对胸外科监护室的满意度。结果:患者家属对定期了解患者病情发展情况、治疗方法、医护人员如实回答相关问题、医护人员尊重患者家属及护理相关指导等方面需求相对较高,分值分别为(4.75±0.37)分、(4.68±0.34)分、(4.63±0.31)分、(4.56±0.28)分和(4.45±0.25)分;患者家属对医护人员的工作态度、医疗服务水平以及环境设备的满意度较高;对访客制度满意度不高;且患者家属的焦虑情况要明显高于正常人群。结论:患者家属对胸外科监护室的需求较高,需要根据患者家属的需求为其提供合理的服务,尽可能消除患者家属的焦虑和抑郁等不良情绪。
Objective: To investigate the needs of the family members of patients undergoing thoracic surgery and provide reference for improving nursing quality. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey the families of 190 patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from February 2014 to February 2015 to find out the needs of the patients and their satisfaction with the thoracic surgical care room degree. Results: The relatives of the patients had relatively high demand for regular understanding of the patient’s condition, treatment methods, answering the questions answered by the health care workers truthfully, respecting the patients’ family and nursing guidance, and the scores were (4.75 ± 0.37) points and ( 4.68 ± 0.34), (4.63 ± 0.31) points, (4.56 ± 0.28) points and (4.45 ± 0.25) points respectively. The relatives’ attitudes to medical staff and their satisfaction with medical equipment and environment equipment were higher. System satisfaction is not high; and family members of anxiety was significantly higher than the normal population. Conclusion: The family members of the patient have high demand for the thoracic surgeons ’care unit. They need to provide reasonable services according to their family members’ needs and try their best to eliminate the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression of the family members.
