The building of the college English test question bank plays a very important role in English translation teaching. Establishing a high quality college English test database helps to strengthen student behavior practice, consolidate students ’language cognition, affect students’ social application and enhance the validity of education. The optimal design and perfect development of the test questions library can effectively promote the improvement of class teaching, consolidation training and academic testing quality, and promote the reform of college English teaching.
