患者女,56岁,因头晕心慌2年、加重20天,以病窦综合征于1990年8月17日收入院,当时心电图示窦缓。入院后行阿托品试验,静注2mg后5分钟,心率由57次/分降至20次/分,R—R最长间距为2.84S,患者出现抽搐,7分钟后心电图恢复至试验前图形。每次QRS波群前都有窦性P波。讨论:正常成人静脉或皮下注射小剂量阿托品(0.3～0.6mg/次)时心率即减慢,注射较大剂量
Female patient, 56 years old, due to dizziness, 2 years of agitation, aggravating 20 days to sick sinus syndrome in August 17, 1990 income hospital, electrocardiogram showed sinus slowly.
