近来,我们用川芎嗪静脉滴入法治疗慢性肾衰(CRF)17例,以核素~(99)mTcO_4~-为示踪剂,用多晶体γ-照相机及专用计算机测出治疗前后示踪剂在肾脏的平均通过时间、半排泄时间以及肌酐清除率(CCr)的变化。结果表明,川芎嗪确可改善CRF患者的肾血流量(RBF)和CCr。
