在教师专业发展大背景下,开展关于中学物理教师专业发展的研究,对加快课程改革步伐,提高教育教学质量具有重要意义。本文选取南京金陵中学与北京四中相比较。以CNKI检索发现,在2006—2015十年间,南京金陵中学物理教师发表教学研究论文137篇,北京四中中学物理教师发表教学研究论文37篇。据此分析衡量中学教师专业发展的客观标度,以期为教师培养提供有益建议。
Under the background of teachers’ professional development, carrying out the research on the professional development of physics teachers in secondary schools is of great significance to accelerate the pace of curriculum reform and improve the quality of education and teaching. This paper selects Nanjing Jinling High School compared with Beijing No.4 Middle School. CNKI search found that during the ten years from 2006-2015, Nanjing Jinling High School physics teacher published 137 teaching research papers, and Beijing Sizhong Middle School physics teachers published 37 teaching research papers. Based on this analysis, we measure the objective scale of secondary school teachers’ professional development in order to provide useful suggestions for teacher training.
