国土资源部门是政府宏观调控的重要职能部门。从近年来全省查处的违法案件来看,国土资源部门失职渎职、贪污受贿、以权谋私等腐败案件占有较高的比例,可以说大案要案频发,反腐败斗争形势十分严峻。国土资源部门已连续多年被中央、省委和各级地方政府作为工程建设领域突出问题专项治理重点单位。面对新的形势和任务,国土资源部门必须大力抓好惩防体系建设,实施关口前移,从源头上做好预防和治理腐败的工作,做到防患于未然。
Land and resources department is the government’s macro-control of the important functional departments. Judging from the illegal cases investigated and dealt with by the province in recent years, the departments of land and resources occupy a higher percentage of corruption cases such as dereliction of duty, corruption, taking bribes, abuse of power for personal gain, and so on. It can be said that major and serious cases are frequent and the anti-corruption struggle is very grim. Land and Resources Department for many years been the central government, provincial and local governments at all levels as a prominent problem in the field of construction projects focused on special governance units. In the face of the new situation and tasks, the departments of land and resources must vigorously grasp the system of punishment and prevention and implement measures to move forward and do a good job in preventing and controlling corruption from the source so that they can take preventive measures in the first place.
