本文分析了3J1合金在热剪切时发生开裂的原因,结果表明,合金锻坯心部存在Ti元素偏析;导致富Ti区热塑性下降,剪切时,富Ti区一旦暴露就产生开裂。
In this paper, the reasons for the cracking of 3J1 alloy during hot shearing are analyzed. The results show that there is segregation of Ti element in the heart of the alloy forging, which leads to the decrease of the thermoplasticity in the Ti-rich zone. When the Ti-rich zone is exposed, cracking occurs.
