龙柏(Juniperus chinensis cv.“Kaizuca”)是我国的重要观赏树种,它终年常绿、茂密不凋,树姿瘦削,形如宝塔。过去常用靠接法育苗,因选取部位一般在树冠下部,常常造成下部空虚,影响树形完美。我们在苗圃里用三年以上的扁柏作砧木,用嫁接后围土办法,保持嫁接部位有一定的湿度,成活率接近百分之百。在浙江条件下,除冰冻或盛暑季节,全年都可进行。嫁接前从龙柏树冠上,在不影响树姿的情况下,选择粗3—4毫米,长14—16厘米的
