一九五八年在原科学规划委员会之下,曾成立古籍整理出版规划小组。二十几年中,曾整理出和出版了古籍约两千多种,但这与我国丰富典籍应该整理和出版的数量,还相差很远。而且这个规划小组,已很久没有工作,成员也逝世过多。鉴于这个工作对中华民族文化的继承和发扬,对青年进行传统文化教育,有极大的重要性。因此,国务院决定恢复古籍整理出版规划小组,成员为五十三人(附名单),李一氓任组长,周林、王子
In 1958 under the former Science Planning Commission, the Planning and Publishing Planning Group for Ancient Books was established.
