上世纪八九十年代,以色列政府对国有企业实施了一系列产权改革政策,开始由准社会主义体制向自由经济体制转型,其改革途径和模式对我国现阶段的国企产权改革有一定的借鉴作用。
In the 1980s and 1990s, the Israeli government implemented a series of policies on property rights reform for state-owned enterprises and started the transition from a quasi-socialist system to a free economic system. Its reform approach and mode has some reference to the reform of state-owned property rights in our country at this stage .
