随着新中国成立,实施改革开放,法治思想逐步深入人心。国家积极进行法律方面的研究,确立了“依法治国,建设社会主义法制国家”的基本方略,并努力在社会生活中贯彻该基本方略。经过近几十年的不懈努力,法制建设已进入一个新的阶段。它逐渐影响人们的日常生活,发挥着其特有的作用。21世纪是一个思想自由化的时代,人们乐于提出问题。所以就出现了“为什么社会这么需要法律?”“为什么法制这么重要?”的疑问.接下来我就着这个问题说一下我的理解。
With the founding of New China and the implementation of reform and opening up, the concept of the rule of law has been gradually gaining ground. The state actively conducted legal studies and established a basic strategy of “governing the country according to law and building a socialist country with a legal system”, and worked hard to carry out the basic strategy in social life. After decades of unremitting efforts, the legal system construction has entered a new stage. It gradually affects people’s daily life and plays its unique role. The 21st century is an era of ideological liberalization, and people are willing to ask questions. So there appeared the question “Why does society need law?” “Why the rule of law is so important?” Then I will talk about my understanding on this issue.
