本文认为,贵州社会经济发展长期落后,实施西部大开发,不能沿用旧的发展模式,必须进步解放思想,结合贵州的省情,研究适应新形势的新思路、新方法、新机制,采取超常规的发展战略。
This paper argues that Guizhou’s social and economic development lags behind for a long period of time and that it can not follow the old mode of development while implementing the large-scale development of the western region. It must improve its emancipation of the mind and study the new ideas, new methods and mechanisms to adapt to the new situation, Development strategy.
