在生物课堂教学中实施创新教育,生物教师应该认识到,教育不应该仅仅是训练和灌输的工具,它应该是发展认知的手段。一个有创造性的教师应能帮助学生在自学的道路上迅速前进,教会学生怎样对付大量的信息,教师更多的是一个向导和顾问,而不是机械传递知识的工具。在创新教育体系中,师生关系将进一步朝着“教学相长”的方向转化和深化。本文认为,在高中生物课堂教学中实施创新教育,应坚持做到教学氛围和谐化、教学模式一体化、教学目标全面化、教学内容精选化、教学方式多样化、校本教研科学化。
Implementing innovative education in biological classroom teaching should recognize that education should not be merely a tool of training and inculcation and should be a means of developing cognition. A creative teacher should be able to help students move quickly on a self-taught path, teach their students how to deal with a great deal of information, and teachers are more of a guide and consultant than a mechanical tool for transmitting knowledge. In the innovative education system, the relationship between teachers and students will be further transformed and deepened in the direction of “teaching and learning.” This paper argues that implementing innovation education in high school biology classroom teaching should insist on harmony of teaching atmosphere, integration of teaching mode, comprehensive teaching goal, selection of teaching contents, diversification of teaching methods and scientific school-based teaching and research.
