本文介绍了鞍钢一号转炉炉体采用内部燃烧法,在现场进行整体退火的经验。从分析转炉炉体破坏原因入手,阐述了整体退火的必要性和优越性,着重具体介绍了其退火工艺参数和装备。这一方法对其他大型零部件生产也有一定参考意义。
This paper introduces the experience of the internal combustion method of the one-stage converter in Ansteel, and the overall annealing in the field. Starting from the analysis of the causes of the failure of the converter body, the necessity and advantages of the overall annealing are expounded. The annealing process parameters and equipment are introduced in detail. This method is also of some reference to the production of other large components.
