东府办[2016]33号各镇人民政府(街道办事处),市府直属各单位:《东莞市烈士申报联合审核工作制度》业经市人民政府同意,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。2016年4月13日东莞市烈士申报联合审核工作制度第一条为贯彻落实《烈士褒扬条例》,规范我市烈士申报联合审核工作,根据《广东省烈士评定申报审核工作制度(试行)》,结合我市实际,制订本工作制度。第二条申报烈士的,参照《烈士褒扬条例》第九条规定,由镇人民政府(街道办事处、园区管委会)提出评定烈士的报告并逐级上报省人民政府审查。
