本研究检查了1984·9~1985·10问的20名贝尔氏面瘫患者急性期及康复期外周血中的T 细胞,T 辅助细胞(Th)及 T 抑制细胞(Ts)。所有患者初次检查均在患病14天内,均为单侧面瘫,无反复发作史,未经激素治疗。对照组为30名正常人。采取外周血作常规检查。并将外周血加肝素后分离出淋巴细胞,固定、染色,以单克隆抗体检测总 T 细胞,Ts 细胞和 T_h 细胞。结果:9例不全面瘫完全恢复,11例完全面瘫6例完全恢复,4例为 HouseⅡ级,1例为Ⅲ级。9例不全面瘫平均恢复时间为4.5周,6例
This study examined T cells, T helper cells (T) and T suppressor cells (Ts) in peripheral blood of 20 Bell’s patients with facial paralysis between 1984.9 and 1985.10 during acute and convalescent periods. Initial examination of all patients within 14 days of illness, are unilateral paralysis, without recurrent history, without hormone therapy. The control group was 30 normal people. Peripheral blood for routine examination. Lymphocytes were isolated from peripheral blood and heparinized, fixed, stained and detected by TUNEL, T cells and Ts cells by monoclonal antibody. Results: Nine cases of complete paralysis were completely recovered, and six cases of complete facial paralysis were completely recovered in 11 cases. Four cases were House Ⅱ and one case was Ⅲ. In 9 cases, the average recovery time of incomplete paralysis was 4.5 weeks, 6 cases
