最近在看《民国政要和他们的夫人》,写到民国外交家顾维钧与第三任太太黄惠兰的故事。作为富二代,黄惠兰曾经是顾维钧事业的好帮手,得到宋美龄的赏识,然而两人最终心生间隙,也缘于黄惠兰家里太有钱。看民国老照片,不难发现,号称民国外交史第一夫人的黄惠兰珠光宝气,穿得比当时第一夫人宋美龄还要阔气。顾维钧和黄惠兰约法三章:不是我买的衣服,不能穿;不是我给你买的首饰不能戴;你的穿戴不能让人一看就知道超出我的收入能力。
