国家骨干高职院校技能性人才的培养过程中,采用“校企共赢”的人才培养模式具有旺盛的生命力。均衡双方利益是搞好合作关系的重要切入点。本文以安徽交通职业技术学院与安徽省七星工程测试有限公司(以下简称“七星公司”)设置土木工程检测技术专业“冠名班”的具体做法为例,创新人才培养模式,寻求实现“校企共赢”的途径,切实解决新形式下校企合作中的各种问题,并提供有价值的思路与对策。
In the process of cultivating skilled personnel in national key vocational colleges, the model of personnel training with “win-win between colleges and enterprises” possesses strong vitality. To balance the interests of both parties is an important entry point for improving the cooperation. This paper takes Anhui Transportation Institute of Technology and Anhui Province Seven Star Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Seven Star Company”) to set the civil engineering testing technology specialty “title class” as an example, innovative personnel training mode, seeking Achieve a win-win solution for school-enterprise cooperation, effectively solve various problems in school-enterprise cooperation under the new form and provide valuable ideas and countermeasures.
