目的:通过研究k-ras基因DCC基因在大肠癌中的表达情况,初步探讨二者在大肠癌发生、发展过程中的作用及可能的分子机制。方法:采用S-P免疫组织化学方法检测80例结直肠癌组织及15例正常大肠黏膜中k-ras基因与DCC基因的表达情况。结果:k-ras基因在正常组织中未见表达,在大肠癌组织中呈阳性表达。DCC阴性表达与大肠癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移密切相关;k-ras基因与DCC基因之间存在明显的相关性。结论:k-ras基因在大肠癌中的表达与细胞分化程度、Dukes分期有密切关系;DCC在大肠癌中的表达与细胞分化程度、Dukes分期及有无淋巴结转移有密切关系。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of DCC gene of k-ras gene in colorectal cancer and to explore its possible role in the carcinogenesis and progression of colorectal cancer. Methods: The expression of k-ras gene and DCC gene in 80 cases of colorectal cancer and 15 cases of normal colorectal mucosa were detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. Results: The k-ras gene was not expressed in normal tissues and was positive in colorectal cancer tissues. The negative expression of DCC is closely related to the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer. There is a clear correlation between the expression of k-ras gene and DCC gene. Conclusion: The expression of k-ras gene in colorectal cancer is closely related to the degree of cell differentiation and Dukes stage. The expression of DCC in colorectal cancer is closely related to the degree of cell differentiation, Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis.
