In 2015 and during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, under the strong leadership of the provincial Party committee and provincial government and at all levels of party committees and governments, the competent civil service departments at all levels adhere to the principle of strict management of the main leaders and focus on building a high- Civil servants, improve the civil service management system and mechanism, give prominence to the key points, pay close attention to its implementation, and make new progress and new achievements in all the work so as to provide a powerful organizational guarantee and talent support for the building of a strong economic and cultural province.
