目的探讨肝素酶(Hpa)和低氧诱导因子(HIF-2α)基因在肾细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法免疫组织化学法检测66例不同分型、分级、分期肾癌标本及35例正常肾组织中Hpa和HIF-2α的表达,分析其表达与肾癌分级分期的关系及二者表达的相关性。结果 66例肾透明细胞癌标本中,Hpa阳性表达28例,阳性率为42.4%;HIF-2α阳性表达43例,阳性率为65.2%。癌旁正常肾组织中Hpa阳性表达2例,HIF-2α阳性表达3例,35例正常肾组织中Hpa、HIF-2α阳性表达较少。与癌旁正常组织比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hpa和HIF-2α表达与肾细胞癌分期分级关系密切,共同参与了肾癌的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of heparanase (Hpa) and hypoxia inducible factor (HIF-2α) gene in renal cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Hpa and HIF-2α in 66 cases of different types, stages and stages of renal cell carcinoma and 35 cases of normal renal tissues. The relationship between the expression of Hpa and HIF-2α and the staging and stage of renal cell carcinoma was analyzed. . Results Of the 66 samples of renal clear cell carcinoma, 28 cases were positive for Hpa, the positive rate was 42.4%. HIF-2α was positive in 43 cases, the positive rate was 65.2%. There were 2 cases of Hpa positive expression and 3 cases of HIF-2α positive expression in adjacent normal renal tissues, while the expression of Hpa and HIF-2α in 35 cases of normal renal tissues was less. Compared with the adjacent normal tissue, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The expressions of Hpa and HIF-2α are closely related to the stage of renal cell carcinoma, and participate in the development of renal cell carcinoma.
