９月底，濮阳县第一期“小记者”新闻写作培训班在县教师进修学校会议室内举行了隆重的开班仪式，来自全县中小学的２６０名“小记者”和部分辅导员参加了为期两天的培训学习。河南省新闻工作者协会小记者工委会为培训班发来热情洋溢的贺信，表达了对“小记者”们的鼓励和祝贺
By the end of September, Puyang County’s first “small reporter” news writing training class held a grand opening ceremony in the county teacher training school conference room. 260 “small reporters” and some counselors from primary and secondary schools in the county attended the Two days of training and study. The Committee of Young Journalists of Henan Provincial Association of Journalists sent a warm letter of congratulation to the training class, expressing their encouragement and congratulation for the “small reporters”.
