介绍了内壁清理器的工作原理、结构特点及主要技术参数,测试了有关参数对喷丸量及压缩空气消耗量的影响。试验表明喷嘴直径对喷丸量影响最大,压缩空气消耗量随压缩空气压力及喷嘴直径的增大而增大。
The working principle, structural characteristics and main technical parameters of the inner wall cleaner are introduced. The influence of the parameters on the amount of shot peening and the compressed air consumption is tested. Experiments show that the nozzle diameter of the shot peening the most affected, compressed air consumption increases with the compressed air pressure and nozzle diameter increases.
