国务院办公厅近日印发的《能源发展战略行动计划(2014-2020年)》提出:要着力实施能效提升计划。坚持节能优先,以工业、建筑和交通领域为重点,创新发展方式,形成节能型生产和消费模式。行动计划还专门提出实施绿色建筑行动计划:加强建筑用能规划,实施建筑能效提升工程,尽快推行75%的居住建筑节能设计标准,加快绿色建筑建设和既有建筑改造,推行公共建筑能耗限额和绿色建筑评级与标识制度,大力推广节能电器和绿色照明,积极推进新能源城市建设。
