我县国有资产管理局筹备组于去年9月成立后,即在全县进行国有资产普查统计和重点调查。通过调查,发现行政事业单位国有资产(固定资产)多数无帐无卡,管理混乱,损失浪费严重。为了加强管理,减少损失浪费,全县从去年11月开始在行政事业单位开展了清理资产和建帐建制工作。实践证明,搞好行政事业单位建帐建制工作,收到了较好的效果:(1)引起了各级党政领导对此项工作的重视和支持。如孙召乡在建帐建制中,党政领导齐抓共管,各负其责,建帐建制结束后仍常抓不懈;(2)提高了广大职工、干部对此项工作的认识。职工群众反映,建帐建制后国有资产要共同爱护,今后决不允许乱拉乱用、化公为私现象出现。(3)堵塞了漏洞,减少了损失浪费,节省了开支。我们通过试点算了一笔帐,全县23个乡镇,304个行政事业单位一年可节减40至50万元的财
