                                目的探讨在早期稽留流产病例中胚胎绒毛染色体核型分析的意义。方法对1389例稽留流产胚胎绒毛组织进行细胞培养,培养成功的病例进行染色体核型分析,统计学分析。结果 1389例稽留流产胚胎绒毛,培养成功1294例,成功率为93.2%。经染色体核型分析,正常核型为596例,男女比为1:2.19(187/409);异常核型为698例(54%),其中三体型为427例,多倍体型为114例,45,X型为89例,染色体结构异常为20例,嵌合体为17例。结论胚胎染色体核型异常是导致稽留流产的重要原因;对流产绒毛组织细胞进行染色体核型分析可以为再次妊娠提供指导依据。
Objective To explore the significance of embryo chorionic karyotype analysis in cases of early missed abortion. Methods 1389 cases of missed abortion embryo villi tissue culture, the successful cases of chromosome karyotype analysis, statistical analysis. Results 1389 cases of missed abortion embryos villi, 1294 cases of successful training, the success rate was 93.2%. According to the karyotype analysis, the normal karyotype was 596 cases, the ratio of male to female was 1: 2.19 (187/409); the abnormal karyotype was 698 (54%), of which 427 were trisomy, 114 were polyploidy, 45, X-type was 89 cases, chromosomal abnormalities were 20 cases, chimerism was 17 cases. Conclusion Abnormal fetal karyotype may be the main reason for missed abortion. Chromosomal analysis of aborted chorionic villi can provide the basis for further pregnancy.
