本文研究了黄芪对正常小鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫功能的影响,结果表明黄芪喂饲2周可使小鼠空斑形成细胞(PFC)和总补体水平明显提高,但对ConA诱导的淋巴细胞转化率、溶血素生成能力及补体介导的免疫复合物溶解能力。(CMSC)与对照组相比无明显差异。
This study investigated the effects of Astragalus membranaceus on humoral immunity and cellular immune function in normal mice. The results showed that Astragalus membranaceus could significantly increase the level of plaque-forming cells (PFC) and total complement, but induce ConA-induced lymphocyte transformation. Rate, hemolysin production capacity and complement mediated solvency of immune complexes. There was no significant difference between the (CMSC) and the control group.
