教师是新课程的组织者和实施者,特刊教学是组织和实施的主要渠道,在新课程的理念下,教师要找到适合学生,更适合自己的教学策略,在传统的教学中,教师是课堂知识的传授者,更是课堂的主宰者,学生都要无条件的服从教师,教学由此从一体变为单一体,学生丧失了独立性,教学也由此走向了反面,导致教师约教,学生越学不会,越不想学,最终使教学成为遏制学生学习的阻力。现代教育思想认为:学生是自身生活、学习和发展的主体。在新课程中也强调了教学过程是师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的过程。因此,在我们的教育教学活动中,必须有效落实学生的主体地位,把课堂还给学生,让学生能真正得到发展,现就怎样把课堂还给学生。
