From the chemical composition of the tube, high temperature plasticity, mechanical properties, clarified the importance of furnace refining in the production of tube. According to the research results, the requirements for the core state of continuous casting tube are put forward, and the relationship between the core state of the tube and the shape of piercer head is pointed out.
