应用免疫组化ABC法,研究43例大肠癌组织中nm23基因产物/NDPK的表达与癌组织浸润转移的关系。结果显示,NDPK在大肠癌原发灶中有较高的表达,阳性率为74.4%,无区域淋巴结转移者阳性率(84.0%)比有区域淋巴结转移者阳性率(61.0%)高,两者比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。原发灶中nm23/NDPK的阳性表达与癌组织浸润深度密切相关,说明nm23/NDPK对肿瘤的浸润转移有重要的抑制作用。还提示,nm23/NDPK的表达不仅与肿瘤的浸润转移有关,还与大肠癌的组织学类型有关。因此,检测大肠癌组织中nm23/NDPK的表达情况,可预测肿瘤的转移和复发。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to study the relationship between the expression of nm23 gene product/NDPK and the invasion and metastasis of cancer tissues in 43 cases of colorectal cancer. The results showed that NDPK was highly expressed in primary tumors of colorectal cancer, with a positive rate of 74.4%. The positive rate of non-regional lymph node metastasis (84.0%) was higher than that of regional lymph node metastases (61.0). %)) There was a significant difference between the two (P<0.05). The positive expression of nm23/NDPK in the primary tumor is closely related to the depth of tumor invasion, indicating that nm23/NDPK has an important inhibitory effect on tumor invasion and metastasis. It also suggests that the expression of nm23/NDPK is not only related to the invasion and metastasis of tumors, but also related to the histological type of colorectal cancer. Therefore, the detection of nm23/NDPK expression in colorectal cancer tissues can predict tumor metastasis and recurrence.
