目的 探讨儿童颅内肿瘤患者脑脊液端粒酶活性的表达,对临床鉴别诊断提供参考。方法 经手术切除病灶病理诊断为颅内肿瘤12例,其中3例曾行立体定向颅骨钻孔穿刺活检。取所有患儿和6例脑外伤惠儿脑脊液标本,应用改良的银染端粒重复序列扩增法(TRAP)进行端粒酶活性检测。结果 12例颅内肿瘤患儿脑脊液标本中2例表现出端粒酶活性,阳性率16.7%(2/12),2例端粒酶阳性者立体定向颅骨钻孔穿刺活检和术后病理诊断为室管膜瘤和脑胶质瘤。1例颅骨钻孔活检为肿瘤但端粒酶活性表达为阴性。6例脑外伤脑眷液标本无端粒酶活性表达。结论 儿童颅内占位性病变患者脑脊液端粒酶活性检测对颅内肿瘤的鉴别具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of telomerase activity in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of children with intracranial tumors and provide a reference for differential diagnosis. Methods 12 cases of intracranial tumors were diagnosed by surgical excision. Three cases had stereotactic skull biopsy. All children and 6 children with cerebrospinal fluid trauma cerebrospinal fluid specimens, the application of modified silver staining telomeric repeat amplification (TRAP) for telomerase activity. Results Twelve cases of cerebrospinal fluid in children with intracranial tumors showed telomerase activity in two cases, the positive rate was 16.7% (2/12). Two telomerase-positive stereotactic skull drilling biopsies and postoperative pathological diagnosis were Ependymoma and glioma. One case of skull biopsy was tumor, but telomerase activity was negative. There were no telomerase activity in 6 cases of traumatic brain injury. Conclusion The detection of cerebrospinal fluid telomerase activity in children with intracranial space lesions has important value in differentiating intracranial tumors.
