案例B公司是一家日化产品生产企业。几年来,公司业务一直发展很好,销售量逐年上升。每到销售旺季,公司就会到人才市场大批招聘销售人员,一旦到了销售淡季,公司又会大量裁减销售人员。就此事,B公司销售部陈经理曾给总经理蒋先生提过几次意见,而蒋总却说:人才市场中有的是人,只要我们工资待遇高,还怕找不到人吗?一年四季把他们“养”起来,费用太大了。这样,B公司的销售人员流动性很大,包括一些销售骨干也纷纷跳槽,虽然蒋总对销售骨干极力挽留,但是没有效果。面对此种情况,蒋总并未在意,仍照着贯例,派人到人才市场中去招人来填补空缺。
