患者,男性,30岁。因进入冒烟之灰窑工作1h后。出现昏迷、抽搐、四肢肌张力增高等一系列急性一氧化碳中毒症状。2h后作高压氧治疗。进舱10min清醒。20min能应答,经85min治疗后出舱,能步行返病房。后给予维生素B_1、B_(12)、ATP、肌苷及高渗葡萄糖等。患者仍自诉头晕头痛。第2d同一时间再作高压氧治疗1次,自觉症状消失,第3d痊愈出院。
