在钻孔灌注桩施工过程中,孔径的大小问题,时常影响着施工质量。以往仅凭肉眼观察,而对水位以下则全凭感觉或印象估计,即使有详细记录,也是定性描述。对塌孔及孔内掉入异物所处的位置更显得无能为力,一旦出现事故或故障,大都难以及时查清原因,以至于所采取的补救处理措施,无法“对症下药”,更不用说去正确地指导灌注时所用的混凝土量。鉴于上述原因,特推荐一种利用测孔器测量孔径的方法,供同行们参考,其结构见附图所示。操作方法: 1.首先,推算出测尺每下降1.0cm时所对应的伞直径(即待测孔直径),直至测尺完全放松。然
