沈阳电缆厂深化企业内部改革,靠“活血化淤,造血健身”,成为国营大中型企业中一个生机勃勃的“壮汉”。他们用自己的实践走出了一条企业增强活力的希望之路。 “活血化淤”治“厂病” 拥有1.7万名职工的沈缆,是我国最大的电线、电缆企业。作为“一五”时期国家重点建设项目建立起来的大型骨干企业,传统计划经济体制的弊端,尤如长在企业身上的“肿瘤”。老厂长徐有泮把这叫做先天性的“厂病”。这种“厂病”的“症状”是:
